DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for providing excellence service to customer, especially in service (workshop) area
  • Maintain customer loyalty
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Answering customer inquiry
 
Requirements :
 
  • Age 23-28 years
  • Minimum Diploma or Freshgraduated any major
  • Experience minimum 1 year 
  • Having knowledge in Automotive industry, especially branch is an advantage
  • Able to handle complaints with good manner
  • Attractive, energetic, customer oriented, friendly, detail person
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Wiiling to be placed in Surabaya
