Reports to: Reservations & Ticketing Supervisor
- Handle calls from passengers and agents and make utmost attempt to turn them to sale in order to achieve the direct sales target.
- Handle daily ticketing operational including ticket and package issuance.
- Provide administration support on Reservations/Ticketing administrative tasks.
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Good interpersonal skills, Trustworthy
- Good customer service skills
- Good logical analytical skills.
- Having good command of written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other foreign language would be an advantage
- Good team player
