Reports to: Reservations & Ticketing Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to join us as Reservations & Ticketing Officer in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Handle calls from passengers and agents and make utmost attempt to turn them to sale in order to achieve the direct sales target.
  • Handle daily ticketing operational including ticket and package issuance.
  • Provide administration support on Reservations/Ticketing administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline
  • Good interpersonal skills, Trustworthy
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good logical analytical skills.
  • Having good command of written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other foreign language would be an advantage
  • Good team player
