DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- With minimal supervision, the Managing Partner is responsible for managing a single restaurant. This includes all aspects of restaurant operations (front of the house and kitchen), in addition to managing P&L cost centers
- Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability, and customer counts while managing restaurant costs
- Manages P&L for individual restaurant
- Preparing Sales and Profit & Loss budget
- Maintains compliance with operational standards, company policies and Franchisor standard
- Manages all employees to maintain high employment quality standards consistent with the Outback brand including hiring, development, coaching, promotion, discipline and termination as appropriate
- Manages local store marketing efforts, special events, and community involvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in front-of-the house and back-of-the-house, preferably kitchen of casual dining restaurant operations
- Has experience as General manager in the restaurant industry or asst or F&B Manager in 3 star hotel minimum (minimum 3-5 years)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Openness to travel leading up to restaurant opening
- Thorough working knowledge of a Profit & Loss statement and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English and Indonesia
- Basic computer skills
- Educational background minimum from hotel school management
