- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in merchandising/purchasing/similar position, preferably from Cosmetic / Perfume / FMCG/ retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Must have a thorough knowledge of lifestyle and sharp business sense
- Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership
- Fluent in English & computer literate
- Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market.
- Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target.
- Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales of the selected brand product.
- Monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation.
- Follow Brand(s) and Competitors' Performances.
