    • Meet the sales target and budget as set by the management
    • Ability to study and learn all agricultural equipment’s
    • To troubleshoot equipment’s in field
    • Prepare proposals and follow up with prospective customers
    • Ability to negotiate sales contracts
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
    • Identify new opportunity and sales prospects and follow up
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationship
    • Prepare action plans to grow and expand the market
    • Prepare a variety of activity reports, including sales report, strategy report, order lost report
    • To gather market information & competitor activities
    • Report all work / activity weekly and monthly
    • Degree / Diploma in basic Engineering
    • 2-3 years’ experience in handling / selling Agricultural Machinery or Equipment’s
    • Dynamic, energetic, result-oriented with positive working attitude
    • Should be fluent in English and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
