Advertising Sales Manager



    • 2+ years experiences in Media Agency/Television/Radio/Print/Digital
    • Good relation and wide networking with media placements, advertising agencies and direct client network
    • Manage weekly sales prospect, forecast, schedule activities using Salesforce platform
    • Able to deliver result and hit sales target in tight deadline
    • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through the execution of effective and customer focused business plans
    • Strives for a consistently high level of performance and leads by example
    • Understands customer needs and can develop exceptional solutions tailored to those needs
    • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills that maintain the integrity of relationships
    • Acts as an ambassador for Big Mobile within the mobile and media community
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree from reputable University (Economic/Management/Business/Marketing)
    • Fluent spoken and written English & Bahasa Indonesia
    • High energy and passionate with digital media (mobile phone / telecommunication)
    • Goal-oriented and Self-driven personality is a MUST
    • Performance measured and motivated individual
    • High communication and negotiation skill (start from leads, presentation, response and closing deal)
