As  HR Documentation Specialist, the overall purpose of the job are to ensure all permits and documentations related with work permits are available and up to date by proactively monitor expiry date of each licenses and identify each expat permits that need to be extended and process the extension.
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong English in verbal and written
  • Willing to work outside the office most of the time, to visit each office related with license and documentation required
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
  • Full-Time position(s) available
 
Main Responsibility:
   1. Expatriate Employees Permits
  • Processing expat work permit (KITAS/ IMTA/ VITAS/ etc)
  • Updating Expat Travel Document Validity (Passport, KITAS, IMTA, Police clearance, etc)
  • To assist expat for local information (opening bank acc, miscellaneous paper work)
  • To arrange and provide all company documentation required for expat
   2. Permit & Licenses
  • Responsible to ensure Company Permit (SIUP, TDP, Domisili, etc) are up to date
  • To assist in processing SIP, STR, STRA and other licenses required for business purpose and assist the management to maintain good relation with related institution
  • Maintain good relation within related parties
