Overall Job Description: 
 
  • Responsible for HR business process  mapping and developing to ensure availability of HR Division efficiency and effectiveness in order to achieve HR Department excellent and challenge for improvement
  • Design target operating model for HR, implementation and continuous improvement model
  • Coordinate, monitoring and evaluate HR System operational in order to identifying improvement,  development availability to enhance HR Department
  • Coordinate and responsible for HR performance review process 
 
 
Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Dagree major in Human Resources Management or Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience, having experience in Project Management is an advantage
3. Pay attention to detail
4. Good communication skill, adapt with fast-paced organization
5. Excellent in MS Excel
6. Willing to work mobile
