Application Database Expert
A. Supervise/Perform Application
- Support application functionality and reliability 24x7, on site during office hour and on call during non office hour
- Support the proposed solution for application problem
- Initiate problem escalation to manager/supervisor
- Handle and execute technical solution for customer problem that related with application
- Support information of identification and escalation regarding application problem and operational issue
- Support deployment and implementation of new product/campaign/promo from business user into production system
- Attend/join training for new application
- Supervise the deployment of new software update by vendor
- Check and ensure that security and performance aspect of new initiatives are considered prior integration to production system
- Monitor retention data running properly
- Handle daily tickets and complaints
- Submit RFC and aware of any changes in the application
- Attend required meeting including teleconference meeting during office hour
- Additional task to increase the performance and initiative to improve operational process.
B. Supervise/Perform Service Delivery Quality, Compliances, and End User References
- Pass all reviews
- Strengthen existing culture of Control and Compliance
C. Supervise/Perform Reporting
- Report on operations of the team base on certain periodic such as monthly and yearly
- Provide ad hoc report for operations area
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have knowledge and skill in Oracle Database (Inc Tuning)
- Have Knowledge and Skill in Unix system (inc Shell Script programming)
- Have knowledge and skill in ETL application
- Have knowledge and skill of Hadoop application
- Have an experience in telecommunication environment
- Have knowledge of IBM product Datawarehouse (Datastage is prefer)
- Good communication skills in English
- Candidate is willing to be assigned in client site.
