- Assist HR Manager in defining HR strategy and execution plan

- Implement Human Resource Information System and ensure updated HR records.
- Coordinate Performance Management (KPI) activities
- Liaise with respective government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc.)
- Age range 29-35 years old
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university
- Minimum 3 year experience in HR Management role.
- Knowledgeable in employment regulations and policies.
- Strong leadership
- Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Computer literate
