  • Assist HR Manager in defining HR strategy and execution plan
    • Recruitment and Manpower Planning
    • People Development
    • Compensation Management
  • Implement Human Resource Information System and ensure updated HR records.
  • Coordinate Performance Management (KPI) activities
  • Liaise with respective government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc.)

Job Requirement
  • Age range 29-35 years old
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 year experience in HR Management role.
  • Knowledgeable in employment regulations and policies.
  • Strong leadership
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Computer literate
