  • Assist HR Manager in defining HR strategy and execution plan
    • Recruitment and Manpower Planning
    • People Development
    • Compensation Management
  • Implement Human Resource Information System and ensure updated HR records.
  • Coordinate Performance Management (KPI) activities
  • Liaise with respective government agencies (Disnaker, BPJS, etc.)

Job Requirement
  • Age range 29-35 years old
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 year experience in HR Management role.
  • Knowledgeable in employment regulations and policies.
  • Strong leadership
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Computer literate

    Hubungan antar rekan kerja sangat baik dan harmonis, sehingga tidak akan sulit untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan perusahaan. Manajemennya juga cukup profesional.
    Cons
    Untuk kenaikan gaji masih belum memuaskan karena nominalnya kurang signifikan. Selain itu, peluang karir pun masih belum terbuka untuk karyawan.
