DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Evaluate and develop work process & procedure to improve business process
  • Supervising financial statement and special report preparation with accordance to applied GAAP/company act
  • Supervise and monitoring forecast/budgeting process include analyze the variance
  • Implement internal control to ensure compliance of financial operation
  • Tax handling such as verify and investigate tax queries raised by tax authority/consultant
  • Prepare tax return in an accurate and timely manner, handle tax project for tax planning purpose
  • Lead sub team for finance & accounting project
 
Requirements:
  • Age 28-35 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree accounting
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent proficiency in Ms. Office, SAP, willing to work under tight deadline
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa both oral and written
  • Independent, good team work
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills
  • High integrity
  • Able to work under pressure to achieve goal

Saya rasa gaji yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan sudah cukup baik dan bisa dibilang sangat kompetitif bila dibandingkan dengan merk kompetitor lainnya.

Cons

Sebaiknya perusahaan kedepannya lebih mengurangi penggunaan sistem outsourcing, atau lebih bagus lagi bila dihapuskan, karena menurut saya agak menghambat proses rekrutmen karyawan baru dari luar yang lebih kompeten.
