Regional Sales Manager


Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in terms of profit and volume , market share, promotional activites and manpower needs the territories / regions assigned
  • Monitor and guide merchandising team (SPV, MD & SPG) in assigned areas to achieve sales targets and display objectives¬†
  • Identify business opportunities and create promotion activites to increase sales and market share
  • Working together with distributors, provide leadership and guidance to area managers and sales teams
  • Coach, train and motivate area managers and teams to achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution, and revenue objectives through scheduled and unsheduled meetings, route rides, trade surveys and mothly reports
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs and guiding distributor organization to achieve revenue and volume objectives
Qualifications :
  • Min. 5 years experience in sales managerial position in FMCG / Consumer Goodscompany. Must have experience handling several areas and regional
  • Experience in handling modern market key account channel an advantage
  • Able to lead and manage teams to achieve targets and results
  • Computer literate and has excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Base : Jakarta
