- A senior position responsible for sales and operational activities at national level with the following
- Determines annual sales target in terms of volume and profit per area and per key account by analyzing trends and results
- Lead team to achieve annual sales targets and objectives in terms of volume and profit
- Create and implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs and competition
- Monitor Sales operations by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, planning, provide direction, coaching and monitoring job results
- Min. 10 years experience at senior management level as Head of Sales in FMCG/Consumer Goods company with exposure to handling regional sales.
- Proven track record of leading teams in sales achievement and growth
- Experience in handling modern market key account channel
- Experience in distribution, pricing and creating promotion plans
- Able to lead and manage teams to achieve targets and results
- Computer literate and has excellent communication skills
