    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Responsible of the daily recruitment administration activities 
    • Preparing Employee Recruitment Form (ERF)and follow up to Project Managers / Head of Department for approval.
    • Conducting ERF administration process and filling
    • Running the Recruitment Tracking and the weekly report to Recruitment Officer
    • Assist to Set up the Recruitment Monthly Report together with Recruitment Officer
    • Doing recruitment for DT & Rigger Post
    • Assist the Recruitment Team in follow up candidates for certain data needed regarding the recruitment process.
    • Preparing the Recruitment Forms and documentation , and make sure the new hire fill up all the documentation
    Qualification :
    • Minimum Diploma 3 , preferably from Office Administration/Management.
    • Experience in administration and recruitment in Telecommunication Industry.
    • Have excellent computer skills (MS. office)
    • Having good interpersonal skill and communication
    • Accurate
    • Good English proficiency
    • Good communication skill
    • Minimum of 2 years related experience in HR Telecommunication Industries, specifically in recruitment
