- To define and set up the competency (dictionary) & measurement levels (competency matrix) within the organization for the uses of performance management, training, and assessment.
- To maintain all related matters regarding job description, including updating the template, ensuring that all positions have a job description, give assistance in job description writing, to ensure the availability and validity of job description documents.
- To document and update organization structure if necessary and provide organization structure drawing as per requests by various parties to ensure that the circulated organization structure documents are valid.
- Audit HR process and implement continuous improvement in HR.
- Min. 2 year exp. in HR with the same level
- Preferable bachelor Degree from industrial engineering, human resource management, system information, psychology
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Have a strategic and analytical thinking.
- Microsoft Office skill is a must, especially in MS. Excel related with data analysis and reports and MS Visio.
- Experience in handling HR Project, HRIS and HR Audit with continues improvement
- Experience with SAP and understand database communication (MYSQL, ACCESS, etc).
- Having ISO 9001 certification as Internal Audit is an advantage
