    Major Achievement
    We are total phamra company which established in 1992 located in Korea and SME, our starting buisness is trading finished products and APIs, but now moving to promote our own items (mainly, Hydrogel Patch Lines and ODFs) more and more. We are exporting more than 30 countries under closer relationship with partners and we have strong R&D and RA team.

    Job Details:
    1. find out new customers overseas and follow up the business development
    2. participate in several exhibition and consult with the customers
    3. Communication with the headquater in Korea
     
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): pharmacy, Pharmaceutical.
    • Required language(s): English
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Pharmaceutical company or related area would be preferered.
    • Previous experience in similar field is a plus.
    • Good communication skills
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Pros
    • perusahaan memberikan pengalaman dan keahlian baru kepada karyawan nya, sistem manajemen yang sudah baik, adanya pemberian tunjangan dan gaji yang cukup baik.
    • karyawan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dapat bekerja dengan orang-orang asing sehingga kemampuan berbahasa Inggris pun dapat diterapkan serta upah yang lumayan tinggi.
    Cons
    • jam kerja yang diterapkan sangat panjang dan padat sehingga karyawan memiliki sedikit waktu untuk beristirahat dan cepat sekali merasa lelah.
    • masih adanya karyawan kontrak dan jenjang karir karyawan kontrak juga kurang jelas serta sangat sulit untuk bisa menjadi karyawan tetap.
