JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
 
1. Hiring all positions.
2. Maintaining Jobstreet site all over.
3. Follow up candidates and arrange interview to HR Manager and Head Department.
4. Database filtering and maintaining.
5. Suggest to HR Manager a good candidate to hire.
6. Create employment contract without salary.
7. Monitoring employment contract who will be ended or will be extended.
8. Create employee database as master data.
9. Absences maintaining and collecting document which related.
10. Finger Machine maintaining and registering.
11. Keeping up with Disnaker and Kemenakertrans relationship.
12. Legality Company maintaining and handling if any extend document.
13. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan maintaining.
14. Support GA Assistant.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
2. Other backgrounds are welcome to apply.
3. Required languages : Indonesia and English.
4. Have related experience in HR scope, such as Reqruitment, HR Administration, Legal Officer, etc.
5. At least have 1 year experience in related position and preferably staff level.
6. Have a good team work or as individual.
7. Have a good skill in multitasking.
8. Willing to work in office or go out of office.
9. Willing to be placed in Rasuna Said, Kuningan South Jakarta.
10. Can join as soon as possible.
11. Full Time position available.
