Develop and maintain client relationships, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Develop and expand the network of agents to support the commercial leasing projects.
Source and track market information, related latest trends, transactions and demand-supply and provide these updates to Management.
Initiating, negotiating and deal finalization for commercial space leasing.
Monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure proper and complete documentation for each lease.
Manage relations with the Marketing team to promote project awareness and leads generation, generates own leads through the team and through agents and references.
Update on deal closures to the management.
Ensure timely submissions of all management reports.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman Road,Thamrin Road,Kuningan Road.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
