• Handling all correspondence (letter, memos,  phone, etc)
    • Arrange meeting, Taking Minute meetings, prepare presentation material/other related task
    • Liaisons with other Department, bankers, insurance, and goverrnent offices
    • Helping HR Department in GA task (handling permit, building insurance and contracts)
    • Maintain Good Filling System & Handling Other Administrative Task 
    • Other Duties as assigned
    Requirements :
    • Age Maximum 28 Years Old
    • Minimum Education D3 Secretarial/Management/Administration/or equivalent
    • At least 1 Year(s) Of Working Experience In The Related Field are Required
    • Able To Operate Ms.Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook) and multitasking
    • Ability To Work Individually And In A Team, Under Pressure, And Work Within Deadlines
    • Good Command In English (Both Oral And Written)
    • Good Looking, Energetic, People Oriented, Work Fast, Discipline And Honest
