- Handling all correspondence (letter, memos, phone, etc)
- Arrange meeting, Taking Minute meetings, prepare presentation material/other related task
- Liaisons with other Department, bankers, insurance, and goverrnent offices
- Helping HR Department in GA task (handling permit, building insurance and contracts)
- Maintain Good Filling System & Handling Other Administrative Task
- Other Duties as assigned
- Age Maximum 28 Years Old
- Minimum Education D3 Secretarial/Management/Administration/or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) Of Working Experience In The Related Field are Required
- Able To Operate Ms.Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook) and multitasking
- Ability To Work Individually And In A Team, Under Pressure, And Work Within Deadlines
- Good Command In English (Both Oral And Written)
- Good Looking, Energetic, People Oriented, Work Fast, Discipline And Honest
