    A rapidly expanding multinational IT platform company is looking for a reliable Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Jakarta to join their winning team as they are experiencing tremendous growth across the region.
     
    About the Talent Acquisition Business Partner role:
    Reporting to Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible in handling the recruitment activities in the company.
     
    Key responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute recruiting plans and coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives
    • Manage administrative duties and record keeping
    • Create job descriptions
    • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
    • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    • To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Business Partner job, you will need to have an insatiable hunger for success.
     
    Key requirements:
    • A minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field and possess a strong passion about recruitment
    • Willingness to work under minimum supervision
    • Strong familiarity with ops roles hiring and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Results driven, proactive and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Pros
    • Pimpinan perusahaan sudah sangat baik kepada para karyawannya. Selain terbuka, pimpinan juga sering membaur dengan para bawahannya. Keputusan yang diambil juga sudah sangat bijak.
    • Menurut saya, perusahaan ini memiliki global brand, yaitu salah satu specialized recruitment consultants terbesar di dunia yang merupakan perusahaan Inggris dengan basis di London. Dengan kata lain, perusahaan juga sudah cukup mengglobal.
    Cons
    • Work life balance di dalam perusahaan masih belum seimbang. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan menerapkan jam kerja yang cukup panjang sehingga kebanyakan karyawan suka tidak fokus jika sudah kelelahan.
    • Kantor di Indonesia masih terbilang kecil. Saya harap ke depannya, perusahaan bisa terus berkembang dan menjadi salah satu penyedia jasa specialized recruitment consultants terbaik.
