A rapidly expanding multinational IT platform company is looking for a reliable Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Jakarta to join their winning team as they are experiencing tremendous growth across the region.
 
About the Talent Acquisition Business Partner role:
Reporting to Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible in handling the recruitment activities in the company.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives
  • Manage administrative duties and record keeping
  • Create job descriptions
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Business Partner job, you will need to have an insatiable hunger for success.
 
Key requirements:
  • A minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field and possess a strong passion about recruitment
  • Willingness to work under minimum supervision
  • Strong familiarity with ops roles hiring and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results driven, proactive and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
