About the Talent Acquisition Business Partner role:
Reporting to Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible in handling the recruitment activities in the company.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives
- Manage administrative duties and record keeping
- Create job descriptions
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Business Partner job, you will need to have an insatiable hunger for success.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field and possess a strong passion about recruitment
- Willingness to work under minimum supervision
- Strong familiarity with ops roles hiring and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven, proactive and able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
