    Qualification

    1. Tertiary qualification in related business diciple or 4+ years in simlar role
    2. An Analytical thinker who comfortable with number proven capability in solution selling to marketing and communication directors and manager
    3. Have good knowledge in banking. IT and its instricts , competitor and strategy.
    4. Extensive client management experince at a senior level (Bankers)
    5. Strong emotional intellengence, positive and energic approach and result driven.
    6. Excellent communication skills in english oral and written
     
     
    Key Responsilitites

    1. Develop and implement an annual sales and account management  strategy that drive top line growth and profitability
    2. Ensures client retention and promotes the continuous improvement in over-all client experience
    3. Effectively leads the team in achieving the country goals
    4. Ensures compliance with Wirecard Aprisma policies and standard and ensures compliance with all local statutory requirement
     
     
    Overall job Purpose:

    Leads the business development and account management teams in the execution and  agrees strategies and tactics to achieve over-all country revenue target and represent the company within thei market.  Sales Director is also the principal driver of client satisfaction as well as knowing their market well enought to identifiy bussiness opportunities. They also support  the country manager by acting as an effective conduit between the business development / account management teams and all other departemens to ensure the timeliness and quality services to all client

    Pros
    • Bisa mendapatkan banyak rekan kerja baru sehingga menambah relasi dan suasana kerjanya juga asyik. Baik untuk mencari pengalaman dan sebagai batu loncatan.
    • Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan sejenis lainnya, gaji di tempat ini lebih baik dan juga karirnya lbih jelas. Lingkungan pekerjaannya juga cukup kondusif.
    Cons
    • Manajemen perusahaan yang masih kurang baik. Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan sejenis lainnya, gaji di perusahaan ini masih terbilang kurang kompetitif.
    • Manajemen proyek yang masih kurang baik dan juga kurangnya perencanaan sehingga karyawan terkadang diharuskan untuk bekerja pada hari sabtu maupun minggu.
