    Requirements:
    1. Passionate about customer service and communication with proven people skills experiences
    2. Experience in hospitality industry (Hotel, FnB, Financial industry, others)
    3. Having sales, event management and/or project management background or experiences will be an advantage
    4. Proficiency in English - minimum Intermediate Level
    5. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

    Responsibilities:

    Role Objective:

    Overall responsible for customer service delivery, and ensuring constant customer satisfaction.

    This means:

    As a Service Consultant, you are the key figure with full responsibility for the day-to-day communication with adult learners, providing orientation for new students, individual study planning and student support throughout their course with EF.

     

    Reporting to: Center Director

     

    The duties would include but not limited to:

    1. Student progress management
    2. Communication and customer service
    3. Consulting on effective scheduling and study pace
    4. Quality assurance, ensuring promotions being communicated clearly to students
    5. Planning, organizing, and executing Student events

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Bekerja di tempat belajar ini sangat cocok untuk para mahasiswa yang ingin mencari part time. Anda bisa memiliki kesempatan merasakan dunia kerja.
    • Jam kerja di dalam perusahaan menurut saya sudah cukup normal. Para pengajar diminta untuk bekerja dari hari kerja yaitu senin hingga sabtu selama 8 jam dalam sehari selama sebulan.
    Cons
    • Tugas yang diberikan menurut saya monoton, hanya itu itu saja. Para karyawan harus kuat mental dan juga sabar dalam menghadapi murid.
    • Pihak manajemen menurut saya perlu memberikan apresiasi bagi karyawan yang bekerja dengan tekun dan memiliki prestasi agar mereka semakin bergairah dalam bekerja.
