JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To analyze and propose sales plan to achieve the annual sales target.
  • To manage the sales growth and to formulate sales strategy for the assigned sales territories.
  • To review and analyze sales performance in order to continuously increase customer satisfaction index.
  • To motivate and provide consultation to sales team on tasks, problem solving solutions, effective sales measures and efficient sales operational processes.
  • Communicate with local contractor and get closer with supplier.
  • To punctually and accurately prepare weekly sales report and sales forecast.
  • To coordinate with marketing dept. in order to review the promotional event plans.

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

  • Age: 30-35
  • Gender: Male
  • Education: Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
  • Language: English Business Level
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as Sales in Steel Metal Trading Industry, General Construction, EPC, Oil & Gas or Civil Engineering Industry
