- Arrange the in-home service schedule and monitoring every visiting result (which is completed and in pending status) , arrange a schedule to send back the return product which is completely repaired by technician.
- Work out classification and checking the completeness of document.
- Create a good working environment : Keep the cleanliness of every site of service center, minimalize the possibility of product being put on the floor.
- Ensure that all the product in service center is being stick a repairing status label and consumer personal information
- Monitoring all the long pending reparation and find out a best solution.
- Preferable Male, max age 40 years old
- Min. Diploma degree in any field
- Min. 3 years experiences in same position
- Good management & leadership skill
- Honest, hard working, responsible & loyal
