    Job Scope:

    • Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of performance management system in the organization, including the effectiveness of the working methods of assessment, and the assessment criteria used;
    • Review, analyze and develop the SOP required by the Company, whether new or a revise of existing SOP
    • Assist in the development of the organizational structure, job analysis, job evaluation in the present and the future in accordance with the company's business plan
    • Carry out the preparation process of organizing training, construct training plan matrix based on Training Need Analysis from the relevant department in accordance with the requirements of job competency
    • Assist in preparation of Manpower Planning in accordance with the organizational structure, productivity analysis and company needs and objectives

     

    Minimum Requirement:

    • Min S1, preferable from Human Resource Management / Psychology
    • 1 -3 years of experience, open for fresh graduates
    • Fast learner, initiatives, analytical thinking, integrity, teamwork, flexible, and good communication skill
    • Knowledge and capability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word. Good presentation skill is desirable
    • Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta
