Regional Sales Manager Area Pekanbaru

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets through sales channels specified
  • Responsible for customer service and complaint handling in Transvision Regional Office
  • Responsible for the Sales Management, Mapping Area for Direct Sales and Daily Sales Cycle Plan at the Regional Office
  • Responsible for the Management of Below The Line Activity to Generate Sales.
  • Responsible for Performance Assessment and Human Resources Development for Sales Division in the Regional Office
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable university
  • Have minimum 5 years working experience in pay tv industry, insurance, or consumer loan.
  • Have experience and knowledge in handling sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and asset management
  • Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactons with all levels of users required
  • Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive
  • Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru & Riau Area. We Prefer candidate from Pekanbaru, Riau and surrounding area.
