    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Act as Studio`s liaison with vendors and contractors, including visits to project sites and Vendor workrooms to check progress of production & construction
    • Daily coordination with Principle & Project Director, Architectural team, Daily report with Manufactures & Vendor, Daily Research & Autocad drafting, General project management responsibilities
    • Comprehensive understanding of and the ability to coordinate and lead all design disciplines
    • Seeks creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops associated research and documentation for these solutions
    • Performs material research and participates in coordination and preparation of project specifications
    • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
    • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualise ideas
    • Understand solution initiatives, strategic way and technical detail
    • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
    • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
    • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
    • Present completed ideas to clients/team members
    • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
    • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
    • Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
    • Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
    • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
    • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
    • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
    • Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
    • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
    • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
    • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
    • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building
    • and safety regulations
    • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
    • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
    • Meet contractual conditions of performance
    • Review the work progress on daily basis
    • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
    • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
    • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
    • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
    • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
    • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
    • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
    • Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
    • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
    • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
    • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
    • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
       
     
    Requirements
    • Experience in project management in a related field
    • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
