Deskripsi Perusahaan

PT URC Indonesia has a plant in Cibitung producing various type of candies, chocolate and snacks. Indonesia market is growing tremendously in the last 2 years it was established, turn over grow more than doubled and its candy , namely Dynamite has lead the candy market. The BU has 6 lines operated and still growing. In 2005/2006, the BU will expand its facility to also cover additional line in snacks as well as biscuits Changes in the business environment including the opening up of the domestic retail trade sector to foreign competition and imports trade liberalization are expected to further increase the level of competition. With this fast changing market environment, the company must continue to invest in its capability to understand, respond to and profitability deliver on consumer and trade customer expectations. The company is focused upon maintaining a strong profit performance in an increasingly competitive food market. The company will need to a low cost producer of high quality goods coupled with superior Customer Service level if it is to continue to grow.

Karyawan lama banyak yang tersingkir digantikan orang baru pilihan pejabat baru dengan politik terselubung.
