Responsibilities :
  • Design and implement effective ways to create the request of the products / solutions (such as panel, PLC, inverter, and protection system) in order to ensure the achievement of challenging business goals.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
  • Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Establish aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
  • Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Sales Engineer
  • Well proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication and strong analytical capabilities
  • High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem
  • Highly motivated, target oriented individual
  • Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to be based at Surabaya
