Job Responsibilities:
  • Membuat sales product beverage dan food di general trade channel
  • Mengembangkan market share produk ABC di outlet retail, wholesaler, subdist
  • Monitoring dan controling distributor di area
 
Job Qualification :
  • Maksimal 33 tahun
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai sales supervisor di FMCG industri
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam analisa suatu permasalahan dan problem solving
  • Memiliki pemahaman manage distributor, channel development dan pengembangan area
  • Kreatif dan memiliki inisiatif yang baik
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik antara pihak internal maupun eksternal
  • Kemampuan pengembangan tim
  • Terbiasa bekerja untuk mencapai target
  • Bersedia untuk ditempakan di seluruh Area Indonesia

Mempunyai gaji yang bisa dibilang cukup memuaskan. Meskipun laod kerja sangat membebani, tapi telah terbayar oleh gaji yang sepadan sehingga tidak masalah.

Cons

Pimpinan kadang suka bertindak sendiri tanpa mempertimbangkan pendapat bawahan. Selain itu, kondisi dan situasi lingkungan pun tidak dipertimbangkan terlebih dahulu sehingga sering membebani pegawai.
