- Plan, coordinate, direct and control the activities on the part of Tenant Relation
- To ensure optimal performance of the team and the implementation of the follow-up of any complaints or requests in an integrated manner.
- Implement promotional activities effectively and efficiently to provide maximum services in accordance with the Company's mission and vision.
- Education minimum S 1 communications, Public Relations
- Preferably have experience as a Tenant Relation Manager minimum 4 years in Apartment
- Have knowledge of marketing and promotional aspects.
- Active in English
- Have a high initiative and ability to work in a team.
- Able to negotiate well, complaint handling, high integrity and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Having an attractive personality, open, adaptable, wide connections, friendly, creative, honest and can work in a team.
