    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Helping customer to give information about mall (tenants, events, facilities, etc) in order to customer questions and answers
    • Handling customer complaints, follow up and monitor the complaint until done and make sure all complaints handled clearly so the customers feel satisfied
    • Care and responsive to all things that can be as problem and inconvenience for customer especially at public area and facility
    • Do mall orientation everyday in order to update all tenant info and promotions, finding all things that can be as problems and inconvenience for customer especially at public area and facility
    • Serve customers in order to temporary using of wheel chairs and VIP Kids Trolley
    • Serve customers in order to taxi request and car call
    • Paging information and promotion to all customers by paging system
    • Submit daily job duty report to Team Leader Customer Service
    • Perform Morning Greeting everyday in front of main entrance with Door Greeter and Security
     
    Requirements:
    • Have a good health condition
    • Good looking
    • Age 18 – 27 years old
    • Educational background min Senior High School / D3 / S1
    • Minimum height 158 cm and Maximum 172 cm
    • Have ideal and proportional body
    • Not wearing glasses and no color blindness
    • Fluent in English (oral and written)
    • Full body photo must be attached (not close up)
    • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service, Hospitality
    • Able to use Microsoft Office
    • Good Communication/Pro Active, Dicipline, Teamwork
    • Ready for shifting office hour

    Pros
    • Keuntungan menjadi karyawan di perusahaan ini adalah terdapat tunjangan kesehatan yang lumayan lengkap dan fasilitas kerja karyawan yang cukup memadai.
    • Jajaran top manajemen ok, karena mampu untuk memberikan contoh yang baik pada bawahannya dan memiliki rasa peduli yang cukup tinggi.
    Cons
    • Kebijakan perusahaan yang sangat tidak rasional, karena jika ada bawahan berbeda agama dengan atasan maka karir akan sangat sulit untuk naik.
    • Bonus yang diberikan sangat tidak menentu baik untuk waktunya maupun jumlahnya dan prospek jenjang karir ke depan sangat kurang bagus.
