Tunjangan kesehatan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan ini cukup memadai untuk menunjang kebutuhan hidup karyawan. Selain itu, suasana kerja juga cukup menyenangkan.

Cons

Untuk bonus yang diberikan masih kurang memuaskan karena bonus THR hanya sebesar 1 kali gaji sehingga harus ditingkatkan lagi. Selain itu, untuk peluang karir perlu diperhatikan lagi.
