Supervisor Requirement


General Purpose

Assisting Restaurant Manager for day to day running of the restaurant, bar facilities & event activities

Welcoming customers, taking orders, serving foods and drinks,

Setting up tables, clearing tables, cleaning restaurant and cupboards, setting up the event/party


Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Maximum age requirement  35 years old
  • Fluent in English and computer literate
  • Must be goal and target oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, has an ability to train and motivate team members and has high self confidence
  • experience in the management of  F&B service operation
  • knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • knowledge of business management principles and practices
  • knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • knowledge of cost control procedures
  • knowledge of human resource management practices
  • knowledge of administrative procedures
