- Have a good ability in English, Ms. Office, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (all major).

- Has the capability to analyze market and evaluate the competitor.
- Develop the business of Group Insurance aligned with product strategy.
- Establish and evaluate business plan to develop the business.
- Generate and perform marketing strategy to achieve company’s target and objectives.
- Able to do a presentation about the company profile and product with detailed information.
- Multitasking and able to work under pressure.
- Create evaluation report of product sales achievement and the product growth.
- Organize meeting schedule and make review report (Minute of Meeting).
- Perform and follow the company’s general regulation and code of ethics.
