    Role Specifics:
    • Identify and evaluate advertisers and agencies with potential to benefit from Appier’s solutions
    • Lead hunting in a competitive marketplace, targeting highest value new business and delivering it into the Sales Pipeline
    • Develop strategic relationships by identifying new business opportunities in the above segments
    • Manage sales pipeline to maximize revenue while providing accurate and timely forecasts
    • Strong consultative sales approach to engage with CMOs/Head of Marketing to manage existing growth
    • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
    • Prior experience in managing sales teams preferred
    • Based in Jakarta
    • Revenue ownership role w/ monthly targets. Responsible for achieving overall targets for the performance business of assigned country

    • 6+ years’ experience in Sales in the display advertising
    • Experience with leading and managing a sales team
    • Relationships with advertisers and agencies
    • Strong understanding of the online media and marketing industry
    • Extensive business network and solid references
    • Fluency and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
    • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of sales success
    • Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
