SALES EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities

  • Create Sales plan in line with Sales goals
  • Prepare, complete and implement action plans
  • Close the sale, get signed contracts
  • Maintain, expand customer base
  • Identify new customer opportunities

Qualifications

  • Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales
  • Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily
  • Possess self-confidence, positive attitude, with ability to manage territories effectively
  • Solid client relation and presentation skills, highly self motivated and self driven
  • Effective communication with customers, as well as resilient follow-up skills
  • Computer use competency: business applications, information searches
  • Ability and willing to work on weekend and holidays, when required
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

Compensation Package

  • 'On the Job' Training & Familiarization
  • First 3 months: Rp7 million salary/month
  • After 3 months: Rp10 million salary/month plus commission on all successful sales
  • Car/Motor Vehicle Allowance including gasoline and parking
