  • Conduct and controlling all recruitment process from sourcing of candidates, psychological test and performance
  • Responsible for Man Power Planning
  • Responsible for monitoring and improving recruitment process
Requirements :
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree from Psychology / Law in reputable university with minimum GPA of 3,00
  • Having at least 2 years experience in recruitment (preferable)
  • Confident, assertive, adaptable
  • Fast learner, hard working, willing to work and under pressure, has good interpersonal relationship, communication skills, and able to work as team
