Call Center Team Leader (E Commerce)



    • Monitor call center agents' performance and discipline
    • Make sure each of member team achieve the target (quality and quantity) 
    • Ensure quality agent by doing monitoring and calibration
    • Develop team by doing coaching and counseling intensively
    Job Requirements:
    • Maximum age 35 years old
    • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
    • Experience in handling customer, pleasant personality and service oriented
    • Good communication  and good leadership skills
    • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Internet)
    • Willing to work in shifting schedule
