JOB SUMMARY :
- Following -up work-order from Customer to Production line based on Services Level Agreement.
- Making the report starting from Job Completion of product in Production till closing report from the customer (Closing BAST).
- Ensuring that SLA (Services Level Agreement) from Customer is able to be completed by Production line on time, and it is completed by effective and efficient.
- Creating and maintaining a good communication and relation with Customer sustainability.
- Handling a customer complains, monitoring and coaching the solution to client.
- Managing and controling the performance of the CRO (Customer Relation Officer) in the internal deppartment.
JOB SPECIFICATION :
- Maximum 45 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- Work -experiences minimum 4 years as a Customer Relation Manager.
- Customer oriented, and familiar in handling complain from customer.
- Attractive, honest, responsible, discipline, and details oriented.
- Good communication and strong leadership skill.
- Used to work under pressure environment and meet dealines.
- Mempunyai suasana kerja yang baik, tempat yang representatif dan sangat bagus untuk melakukan pekerjaan. Lingkungan kerja pun tidak menghambat pekerjaan yang ada.
- Kadang pekerjaan yang ada kurang mendapatkan dukungan dari manajemen. Kesempatan untuk naik jabatan cukup sulit dan perlu untuk diperluas lagi.
