  • Following -up work-order from Customer to Production line based on Services Level Agreement.
  • Making the report starting from Job Completion of product in Production till closing report from the customer (Closing BAST).
  • Ensuring that SLA (Services Level Agreement) from Customer is able to be completed by Production line on time, and it is completed by effective and efficient.
  • Creating and maintaining a good communication and relation with Customer sustainability.
  • Handling a customer complains, monitoring and coaching the solution to client.
  • Managing and controling the performance of the CRO (Customer Relation Officer) in the internal deppartment.
  • Maximum 45 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree.
  • Work -experiences minimum 4 years as a Customer Relation Manager.
  • Customer oriented, and familiar in handling complain from customer.
  • Attractive, honest, responsible, discipline, and details oriented.
  • Good communication and strong leadership skill.
  • Used to work under pressure environment and meet dealines.
