DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Running the company's internal audit process as a whole and sustainability in financial and operational
  • Formulate and provide problem solving feedback on audit findings by analyzing the problems precisely and accurately
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the internal audit process related to the accuracy of the method and analysis of problems
  • Doing other related tasks related with audit target
     
Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Auditor in public accounting firm or similar
  • High integrity, initiative, willing and able to work together as a team
  • Fluent in English (oral or written) and computer literate
  • Willing to travel frequently

Owning  5-star/premium hotels, including Gran Melia Jakarta, Melia Bali, Banyan Tree Ungasan Resort, and venturing into budget hotels with target of >40 hotels in the next 5 years. And also own commercial properties and planning to develop high rise Grade A tower in CBD area.
 
2. Construction and Infrastructure
Contractor for the following projects: Ciputra World, Mall Alam Sutera, Thamrin Executive Residence, and many more.
 
3. Industrial Estate
Owning 1,400 Ha of industrial estate in West Java and venturing into logistic parks across Indonesia.

Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan sejenis lainnya di daerah ini, sistem yang diterapkan di perusahaan ini sudah cukup rapi dan baik.

Cons

Perusahaan kurang memperhatikan pengembangan kemampuan karyawannya. Tidak ada training maupun pelatihan khusus untuk menunjang hal tersebut, padahal sebagian karyawan masih terlihat kurang kompeten dalam menjalankan tugasnya.
