Trainer for Customer Service (Junior Manager Level)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

You will be responsible for developing CS program - planning, organizing, managing and monitoring all store customer service program implementation to ensure the program & standard applied in store operation to gain customer satisfaction
 
Requirements:
 
 
  • Maximum 30 years old, minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
  • Having the experience to create and manage customer service program
  • Have a good skill to handle training for customer service
  • Good communication and coordination skill and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English & Computer Literate
  • Willing to travel for long periode
  • Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

    Mempunyai budaya kerja yang baik. Selain itu, disini juga tempat yang bagus untuk anak magang karena akan diberikan bimbingan dan ilmu yang baik mengenai dunia kerja.
    Cons
    Tidak mudah untuk mendapatkan peluang karir di perusahaan ini, terutama bagi level staf karena kenyataannya banyak staf yang sudah kerja berpuluh tahun tapi tidak kunjung naik jabatan.
