General Job Scope :
Doing a supportive role to undertake a variety of secretarial, clerical and administrave tasks
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Intermediate computer skills (power point, ms word and ms excel). Good communication skill (written & speaking) in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Familiar with email, internet and google calendar. Good knowledge of secretarial tasks and travel management.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Hardworker, having a pleasant personality, independent, service excellent, able to work with high speed and detail. Able to work as a team & beyond the working tasks.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
