- Generate sales revenue through continuous contact with potential customers through all channels.
- Able to achieve target and objectives as set by the management.
- Build strong relationship with clients in all stages of client acquisition; From introduction meeting, pitching briefing, up to winning final deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and experienced in building a strong sales pipeline.
- Become liaison between clients and internal operational divisions, which requires strong negotiation skills externally and internally.
- Adept at learning and adjusting approach to different types of services, proposals, and project briefs
- Planning and executing marketing plans to promote the product.
- Generate periodic sales report to allow better customer management.
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- An S1 Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Business level English language skill is a must – written and oral.
- Mandatory requirement : Minimum 2 years experience in areas related to sales, client acquisition or relationship management in IT Software industry.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate proposal and quotations.
- Clean and persuasive presentation skills - strong Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills.
- Strong communication, negotation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive spirit, driven to achieve sales goals.
- Extensive contacts and existing relationships are preferred but not required – aggressive selling skill is priority.
- Previous ERP exposure will be an additional advantage.
- Personal vehicle is a must
