Job Description and Responsibilities :
- To develop AAM business for authorized dealers and independent workshop
- Establish relationship to distributor and end-user
- Develop full range of AAM products and grab significant market share in AAM market
- To create sustainable system in workshop related to abrasive
- Able to develop and learn to grow AAM market
- To master application AAM & related to abrasive products
- Diploma Degree / Bachelor degree in any field from reputable University
- Minimum experience 5 years in after auto market, best in abrasives products
- Having knowledge of after auto market and familiar with aplication in AAM
- Good leadership quality skills and able to manage teams
- Managerial experience is a must
- Sales driven, result focused, success oriented personality
