Assistant Account Manager
- To build and maintain good relationship with clients
- To organize and assist clients to load hotel information into the system
- To provide solutions to problems arise in the system implementation
- Conduct Training – online/onsite
- Has at least 1 year of working experience in hotel industry
- Experience in hotel reservation, sales, or e-commerce
- FLUENT in speaking and writing in English is compulsory
- Good communication, interpersonal and strong analytical skills
- Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience with (travel or hotel) reservation system preferred
- Hotel School or University background preferred
