    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities:
    • To build and maintain good relationship with clients
    • To organize and assist clients to load hotel information into the system
    • To provide solutions to problems arise in the system implementation
    • Conduct Training – online/onsite
     
    Requirements:
    • Has at least 1 year of working experience in hotel industry
    • Experience in hotel reservation, sales, or e-commerce
    • FLUENT in speaking and writing in English is compulsory
    • Good communication, interpersonal and strong analytical skills
    • Fast learner and able to work independently and in a team
    • Previous experience with (travel or hotel) reservation system preferred
    • Hotel School or University background preferred
