CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT MANAGER
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in marketing management, communication or equivalent
- At least 5 year working experience as middle up level marketing in hospitality / food & beverage industry
- Good knowledge with strong concept of customer relationship management, including but not limited to loyalty management and marketing promotion programmes evaluation.
- Active in social media and any other promotion media
- Smart, communicative and dynamic person
