  • Lead and guide the HR team with the management team towards achieving excellent performance
  • Develop a performance measurement method that is consistent with the goals/targets organizations
  • Responsible and develop for all HR Function
  • Responsible for creating and preparing the system for job evaluation, job design, job grading, salary structure and Talent Management
  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a same level, Global Company experience is a big plus
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skill and a team leader
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Excell skill is a must
  • Energetic, good character, flexible personality, hard worker.
