    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

     
    We are seeking a talented person to join our organization as Japanese Speaking Secretary. Required to work under the guidance of the Management Team, this person will carry out confidential and professional secretarial duties and maintain other daily administrative support such as filing, scheduling, maintaining office supplies to other departmental management team where needed.
     
     
     
    Specifically the role requires to:
    - Provide a wide range of secretarial/administrative support to superiors, assess priorities; handle correspondence, filing, maintaining file records;
    - Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and e-mails
    - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and coordinating a corporate event
    - Make travel and accommodation arrangement for superiors (other departmental management team members included as needed)
    - Prepare some of translation when needed
     
    Qualifications:
    - Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any fields
    - Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Secretary to support Senior Management
    - Proficiency in Japanese (at least JLPT N3)
    - Ability to work independently and productively, with good attention to details
    - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Good Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel – Power Point – Word)
