Kualifikasi:
  • Lulusan D3 atau S1 semua jurusan
  • Berusia maksimal 28 tahun
  • Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan
  • Termotivasi untuk membantu masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah
  • Dapat mengendarai sepeda motor dan memiliki SIM C
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area operasional RUMA

The goods available in these communities are usually lower quality but at a higher price than the department stores. To make matters worse, they buy almost everything on credit provided by predatory lenders due to the lacking information referring to other alternatives.
 
We are uniting the power of millions of low income families to provide them with better access to goods and services. We do this by recruiting local entrepreneurs and local leaders to facilitate ordering, payment, and delivery for their neighbors using our technology. We split profits with the entrepreneurs, so the local economy could continue to thrive. We also provide them with a Group Chat app that will enable them to connect with each other and empower the surrounding communities.
By providing access to reliable information and good-quality products through our technology, we believe we can strengthen these communities and support them raise their income and dignity.

Sangat nyaman bekerja di perusahaan ini karena fasilitasnya yang cukup lengkap. Prinsip kekeluargaannya juga cukup kuat. Manajemen cukup transparan tentang gaji dan insentif.

Cons

Pengembangan kemampuan sumber daya manusia para karyawannya masih terbilang kurang. Perusahaan harusnya memberikan banyak pelatihan dan pendidikan lagi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawannya.
